Personal Coaching Sessions
What’s it about?
There is no denying that coaching is an intense learning experience, as it is both personalised and unique to you as an individual. If you want to realise and release your full potential or work on a specific area of your own development, then the coaching experience will give you that focus and concentration.
The support you receive from a coach can help you to achieve the level of performance you know you are capable of, but have so far been unable to achieve. Each coaching plan is unique to you and your desired outcomes and these are the first things that you will agree and refer back to at each stage along your journey.
We begin the process of coaching/mentoring by agreeing achievable goals; then through a combination of your personal commitment and our guidance, we will get you where you want to be.
The sessions can be attended face to face or by Skype, telephone and/or email for continued support. We will work out your plan with you so it reinforces your goals and keeps the outcome you want to achieve at the forefront of each session.
You must be prepared to commit to the actions that arise from your coaching and you can expect that we will in return help you to:
Explore your motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist you in the process of activity and change.
Decipher your own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions.
Ensure you develop personal competencies that continue beyond the coaching experience.
Do I need a Coach or a Mentor?
If you are unsure, the answer to this question very much depends on your challenges and what you want to achieve? We can advise you on the best option over a short introductory telephone conversation. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a free, no obligation call back.
